Attention Sun Health & Dental providers! We are happy to announce that we have contracted with a local South Florida pharmacy that will be providing Sun Health & Dental members with exclusive pricing and services. Our new pharmacy will provide delivery of medications directly to our members' homes at no additional costs. 

We ask all of our providers e-prescribe or fax prescriptions to the pharmacy listed below. Please include a memo or note in the prescription that the patient is a "Sun Health".
