Sun Health & Dental has created a Rx Advocacy program for our members. Our team of specialists will assist you in finding the medication and program you need. We will then gather, complete and submit all required forms to get you your prescriptions for little or no money.  

Here is what you need to qualify for the program:

• Have an active membership with Sun Health & Dental

• Live in the USA

• Make less than $36,000.00/Single person.

The process behind the Advocacy Program:

All a member needs to do is to schedule an appointment with a contracted Sun Health & Dental physician.  The physician needs to prescribe the medication and once the prescription has been given, the member needs to contact our office and speak to a Rx Advocate to identify the program specific for the medication that they have been prescribed. Our staff will collect all required information and submit the application to the pharmaceutical company.

We then contact the healthcare professional who has prescribed the medication and coordinate and collect any additional information and signatures that may be required to complete the application. We will then submit the completed application and forms to the pharmaceutical manufacturer on your behalf and track its progress.

Once your application has been approved, we handle all work associated with managing refills and renewals to ensure that you never go without medication.
