• Next, members can briefly explain to their Customer Care Agent what they need help with. Questions like, "I got prescribed a medication, how can I save on my prescription?" or "Where is the closest primary care doctor to me?" are just a few examples of how your Care Agent can assist you.

• Our services don't there. In the event that you are seeking a physician, your Customer Care Agent will set up an appointment for you at the closest, and most affordable provider, at a time that works best for you.

• If your doctor orders labs or diagnostic testing, your Care Agent will schedule these procedures for you as well, always offering transparent pricing, and doing their best to find you the most affordable prices.

• When a doctor prescribes medications, our team is at the ready to provide you with your prescription at the lowest cost. We even offer delivery at $0.00 for members in participating locations.
