How much does it cost?
Our Basic Health Plan starts at:
$40/month for an individual
$45/month for a couple
$50/month for a family of up to five eligible members
There is also a one time $30 application processing fee.
Depending on the participating provider and service, members can access benefits such as primary care visits starting at $40, specialist visits starting at $60, discounts on labs and imaging, prescription savings, and help negotiating eligible hospital bills.
Additional dental, vision, and laboratory options are also available.
